While the Japanese version was released with no game music, the European release featured a number of game related music tracks. Most of these songs were available in the original Band Brothers game or as downloads.

GB Music
The studio is named GB Music, a reference to the original title's origin as a cancelled Game Boy and Game Boy Advance title. The music label is also named GBGC Records.
NES Instrument
One of the instrument sets is called "NES" and is based on 8-bit NES sound effects
Pocket Monsters
One of the band posters is labeled "Pocket Monsters" and features a Pokémon with a guitar.
Barbara's Radio Mode Monologues
In Radio mode, Barbara will often go off on monologues, and some of these reference Nintendo games. Here are a few that have been discovered so far:
