Doug, the leader of the Red Dozers gang, has been attacked by the Skullker gang, and the Red Diamond has been stolen. Doug's daughter, Jill, is put in charge of the Red Dozers and tasked with breaking in to the Skullker base to retrieve it. Riding her powerful Drill Dozer, Jill sets off to fight the rival gang.
Jill also discovers there are several Diamonds hidden around the city, and she must race to claim them before someone uses their combined power.
Gameplay
Each stage is filled with enemies and a boss battle. By pressing the L and R buttons, the Drill Dozer's drill is activated, allowing her to charge through enemies, break down walls and activate machines. The special rumble cartridge provides feedback when drilling.
In each stage you can find health, chips for purchasing items in the store, and Gears for powering up the Drill Dozer. There are two gears in each stage, and both must be collected to progress through the stage.
At the end of each stage, Jill faces off against a boss character.
You can unlock alternate outfits for Jill which appear on the menu screen but not in the game. Several of them are references to Nintendo and Game Freak games:
Blue Overalls
Based on Mario's blue dungarees and red shirt. The beads in her hair have a spotted mushroom pattern.
Futuristic Clothes
Based on Pulseman, a title developed by Game Freak on the Sega Genesis (Mega Drive).
Nurse Uniform
Based on Nurse Misaki Hayama from Game Freak's Japan-only PlayStation game Click+Medic.
