You are the mayor of a new city. Lay down the foundations for residential, commercial and industrial districts, then connect them with transport, power and facilities and watch as your city grows.

You earn money through taxation, allowing you to keep your town in order. At the end of each year you can raise taxes to increase your funds or lower them to keep your citizens happy.

You can also play through pre-made Scenarios, where you have to solve problems affecting a city. This can include man-made problems, natural disasters and monster attacks.
