Racing game viewed from a side-view perspective. You choose from a variety of coloured unicycles and race against other unicycles to the goal line. As well as racing along the crazy roller-coaster-like tracks, you also have to look out for obstacles on the path.

In order to gain short speed boosts you can perform stunts.

The "Wario Paint" track is named after Wario, Mario's greedy rival, and as a pun on the title of Mario Paint.
