The Legend of Zelda: Oracle of Seasons

JP The Legend of Zelda: Fruit of the Mystical Tree ~Chapter of Earth~

Summoned by the Triforce to the land of Holodrum, Link is knocked unconscious and found by a wandering troupe of performers. Among them is a dancer named Din. When they are attacked by Onox, General of Darkness, Din is kidnapped and suddenly the seasons fall into disarray. Din is the Oracle of Seasons, and without her the world will be in chaos.

Link sets off on his adventure with the Rod of Seasons in his hand. With it he can stand atop tree-stumps and change the season at will. He must delve deep into the dungeons of Holodrum, solve the puzzles and collect the keys and items within in order to face the master of each dungeon. Beyond them are the eight Season Spirits that will return normality to the seasons. The boss enemies in this game are all based on the enemies from the original Legend of Zelda game. Between dungeons you will have to solve puzzles with the seasons in order to navigate the world. You will also have to travel to the underground world of Subrosia where the Temple of Seasons has sunk.

You can link up this game with Oracle of Ages to unlock a special third chapter where the reasons behind Link's Oracle adventures becomes apparent.

Cameos

Mr. Left

In Oracle of Seasons, head to south-east Horon Village and enter the house with a shed and a small lake. Inside you will meet the first character in this game's trading sequence, Mr. Left.

Mr. Left is actually Dr. Wright, the mayor's assistant in Sim City, named after Will Wright, the creator of Sim City. This cameo is based on a similar appearance in The Legend of Zelda: Link's Awakening.
