A new game in the New Super Mario Bros. 2D platformer series, in New Super Mario Bros. Mii, extra players can join Mario and Luigi as their Mii characters or as Toads. A few levels have been shown so far, including desert, water, sky and cave stages.
Confirmed to be in development by Masahiro Sakurai's Project Sora, a new instalment of the Super Smash Bros. series will be released simultaneously for the Nintendo 3DS and the Wii U, and the two will be able to play against each other. No screenshots have been shown so far.
Pikmin 3 was confirmed to be in development for the Wii U at Nintendo's E3 2011 developer roundtable by Shigeru Miyamoto. He stated the Controller was a much better fit for Pikmin than the Wii Remote.
